Proposes the integration of three questions in the design process. Namely, the intent is to ponder non-technological solutions whenever possible.
Review
This paper glosses over the issue of technophilia, or the love of technology as the ultimate solution for nature's constrains. The authors make an effort at debunking this paradigm by offering a set of questions to be considered in the design process. The examples supporting the document are narrowly defined and the paper lacks a theoretical framework. Finally, the authors' proposal could benefit from limiting the scope of the proposed solution as weel as offering a specific methodology for said implementation.
