Summary

An effort to bridge the gap between computer have nots, know nots and computer can't do withouts utilizing the old adage, "A picture (?video) speaks more than a thousand words." Wonder if an anecdote with visual imageries might have served the same purpose as has always been used to communicate with so called illiterates (Anyone not speaking the dominant tongue becomes illiterate to the one who does)?

Review

The story line was fantastic. It could have been made into a nice short film.

Computer can't do withouts trudging the dusty slums of Bangalore in search of computer have nots and know nots.

The obvious reluctance on the havenots part to know has been illustrated well with a gracious thought experiment (the computer can't do withouts having been compared to ETs).

However one wonders if their reluctance could be due to the fact that they have other pressing issues on their minds like where's the next meal coming from?

Overall the attempt made by this team to reach out is laudable although their usability testings less believable.

One potential application of videos for usability would be health care (for some of our computer illiterate physicians)?
