New IT-enabled opportunities come about in the form of new business models and
organizational forms, e.g. in the shape of open source movements as Linux and
Apache.
The Knowledge management hub do research on IT-applications, organizational forms and business services that leverages knowledge creation and sharing. We apply an organic view on knowledge as an emergent entity that has to be cultivated rather than handled as a storable object. A great deal of our research concerns communities of practice, narrative modes of knowledge and technology as intranets and portals. The research may be divided in two main focus areas:
Key words: Knowledge Based Services, Innovation, Communities,
Storytelling, Portal Technology
