ISJ Publication on User Involvement in Developing Interconnected Systems

Ola Henfridsson and Rikard Lindgren's paper "User Involvement in Developing Mobile and Interconnected Systems" has been accepted for publication in Information Systems Journal. The paper focuses on new user involvement challenges emerging with the development of temporarily interconnected systems. Drawing on the case of nomadic device integration, the findings specifically apply to heterogeneous systems that rely on network technologies for increasing the ubiquity of information services for users on the move.
