Lisen Selander
Researcher
Lisen is a researcher in the Open Vehicle group at the Viktoria Institute. She received her PhD in 2008 from the Institute of Economic Research in Lund, Sweden. Her dissertation concerned processes of organizational change when implementing ERP systems in the organizational context of a call center. Her current research interests are in the areas of IT innovation, innovation ecosystems, and information systems management research.
