Viktoria Institute presents at the 9th EcoBalance in November 2010 in Tokyo

Dr Raul Carlson, Senior researcher at the Sustainable Transports group at Viktoria Instute will present an article at the 9th EcoBalance - November 2010 - Tokyo, Japan.
