My main research interest is on how industry voluntarily and with improved profitability and competitiveness can become eco-sustainable and contribute to the rise of the sustainable society.

This currently directs my research focus on business model innovation, on the characteristics of eco-sustainable business models, but also on similarities and differences between cooperative systems and Social-Ecological Systems (SES).
