who is Bo Dahlbom? |

Bo Dahlbom is professor at the IT University of Göteborg and research director at Sustainable Innovation. He is a member of the Royal Swedish Academy of Engineering Sciences and a member of the Swedish government IT council. He debates, writes about, and gives talks on information technology and the future.
Bo Dahlbom became a docent in theoretical philosophy in 1983 and a professor of informatics in 1994. Among his books are Dennett and his Critics (1993), Computers in Context (1993), Planet Internet (2000), Artifacts and Artificial Science (2002), Makten över framtiden (2003), Sveriges framtid (2007) and Aktivera ditt varumärke (2010).
Bo Dahlbom's research specialties include technology and social change, research methodology, user oriented systems development, mobility and mobile services, global IT infrastructures, strategic use of information technology, and future studies. |
