Dick Stenmark, PhD.

I hold a position as Associate Professor of Informatics at the Department of Applied IT at Gothenburg University, Sweden. My research interests include service and process innovation through IT, IT-support fot organisational information seeking, and intranet design and use.
I serve as a member of the editorial review board for the International Journal of Knowledge Management and for the International Journal of Social and Organizational Dynamics in Information Technology, and regularly review for many other journals and conferences.

I just got back from ECIS 2011 in warm and sunny Helsinki, Finland. My paper on IT-enabled innovation has now been uploaded and is available from my publications page. Enjoy the summer!
