abstract

As part of the ECAgents project, we are exploring applications for embodied agents with emergent behaviour. Agents can be a physical robot providing services for humans in everyday settings or can populate a network of various IT-artefacts. We are focusing specifically on enabling rich emerging interactions between humans and EC (embodied and communicating) artefacts in everyday settings.

my contribution
My role in this project was to supervise students during the design sketching process, together with Sara Ljungblad. I also assisted an international workshop on the topic that took place at the Viktoria Institute in 2005.
